Gary gave us specialised, clear and pragmatic expert advice whilst understanding the context within which we work. This was combined with an efficiency of service which was necessary in the circumstances. Gary is an expert in his field and I would not hesitate to recommend him to other organisations.

Steve facilitated a day on service change. The day had the potential to be very difficult for staff and managers alike. This was avoided by Steve’s excellent facilitation. He coordinated the day very well and encouraged the staff to engage and offer their voice and vision as well as the staff producing some fabulous innovative ideas. The positive evaluation of this event will be invaluable for the coming year as it will provide us with the building blocks to enable the service to be tender ready.

Having been initially sceptical about the use of psychological interventions within the sports arena, ORCA provided a professional response in managing a group session with a number of players demonstrating empathy and gaining their support and respect. The players gained a lot from the session and clearly made them think about what they do and how they approach games. I must add the experience has changed my approach and view on psychological interventions and I also found the session rewarding and useful and I would have no hesitation in recommending ORCA.

Orca Group recently delivered a 2.5 hour workshop to the Safe & Sound team on ‘Thinking about Autistic Spectrum Disorders & Sexual Exploitation’. All members of the team are highly experienced in working with young people, and the session was pitched at the right level, with lots of group discussion and case examples.
